Complaint against Royal Mail

It was my Son's birthday on Thursday and despite members of the family sending his cards in good time and by first class post, he has not received any of them and it is now 3 days later. I'm absolutely livid. Got all my bills in the post though!!

I am sorry for the delay in replying to you but Thank you for your message posted on A Spokesman Said. I am very sorry to hear that our son did not receive his birthday cards on time.
