[RESPONDED] Undelivered Parcel

Complaint against Royal Mail

Very disappointed with the way Royal mail handled my case. I bought a nurse's tunic on Amazon on the 16th/02/2019 and paid for a next day delivery. Took a day to wait for my parcel which was never delivered. Contacted the supplier and was given a royal mail tracking reference number, which stated that my parcel was delivered. I contacted the royal mail on Twitter, through email and over the phone was informed that they will contact me within 72hours, that was on the 20th of February. Noone contacted me, today I have contacted the Knightswood royal mail and only to be told my complaint has not been successful that's why they didn't contact me. Why would I lie I never received my parcel, giving myself the hassle of phoning up and emailing for nothing. Disappointment is not the right word, I can't express myself how I feel about the royal mail service, I just hate injustice, I expected to hear a sensible explanation than this rubbish !!

I have already emailed the Royal on several occasions and their response is just same. They want me to contact the seller yet its Royal mail staff who stole my parcel. Sarah Bryson informed me that there is nothing the Royal mail could do about my stolen parcel regardless of all the proof that that the parcel wasnt delivered. Sarah Bryson was really disgusting nae appalling
