[LAPSED] Wrong delivery

Complaint against Royal Mail

On several occasions now I have had to redirect mail wrongly sent to my address and oncertified two letters delivered together but to two different addresses and postcodes, as I understand it the post office insisted on post codes but then ignore them, so if this doesn'the get sorted in future anything delivered to my address but not addressed to me I shall accept as junk mail and put in the bin or can I get payment for doing your job in the first place
