Very poor customer service

Complaint against Shiply

I booked a transporter to deliver car, company doing job was brilliant. Issue was on shiply i stated job as £325, as far as i was aware job accepted, little did i know shiply error changed quote that transport company recieved to £650. They have admitted liabilty but wont reply to emails or calls. They offered £84 goodwill but wont follow this up. I have paid £584 in total and i am out of pocket and find staff very rude. This was theyre system error and have all the transport company messages and my own as also have email saying they have made an error but very unwilling to discuss or help. I find this unacceptable but after reading reviews of customer service not surprised, even a review on trust pilot seemed a cover backside exercise and very inaccurate. Please help

Shiply is not a real company. They are irresponsible and indifferent to any deal and agreement with customers. They even don't respond to costumers. DO NOT TRUST SHIPLY. They will give you a significant financial loss as they did to me. NEVER TRUST THEM. They feel no responsibility and have very poor customer service. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PLANS BASED ON THEIR PROMISE.

You have solid evidence mate. Take them to court!! It costs £50 to £250 to initiate a claim (depending on how much you claim against). You will win 1 million %. It’s not revenge it’s standing up to injustice!!
