DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... What a joke...I came home early from work two days in a row I came home early from work as I was told that my parcel would be delivered between 16.49 and 17.49 but when I arrived home at 15.30 a delivery card was already in the letterbox from the delivery attempt carried out before 15:30 when I arrived home. I emailed customer services straight away and was told that the delivery would still be made between the hours agreed however nobody turned up. I have tried to speak to somebody in management on the phone but cannot get past the automated system. The company is a joke!! Not the first bad experience with them hence this post Update - This is now the following day, Wednesday 21 February 2018 and the same thing has happened. I received a text this morning stating that delivery would be made between 15:15 and 16:15 this afternoon. I rushed home from work and have been waiting for the parcel since 15:00. It is now 17:48 and I have not heard from UK Mail. They have stopped responding to my email messages, I cannot contact them on the phone and the delivery has not been attempted. I have asked for a complaint to be raised and so far no response from UKMail except through Trust Pilot with a standard apology. I am completely stuck -DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Oh by the way the auto apology is a lie. Every time you send an email message you have to leave your consignment number or else the message doesn't go through.
