Complaint against UK Mail
I was notified on Wed 27 Dec that between 10.16 and 12.16 my parcel was being delivered. It did not happen. Nor did it come later that day or the next one. I opened 3 complaints which are just ignored. They are not followed up as they should be. Trawled through internet on Friday and eventually found a number someone had posted. It was a start and although not the right number, from that communication I did get given the right number and today have spoken to a real human not the usual automated nonsense which the website offers. This person has been so helpful and my delivery is now 2 Jan. He is even going to phone me and ensure that it has happened. I have the phone number to use if anyone wants it.
