Complaint against UK Mail
on the 11th november i sent a parcel with ipostparcels/uk mail unfortunately the item arrived damaged and since then i have had a complete nightmare getting any sort of response let alone a resolution. after nearly a month of ignoring messages through facebook and email, plus a whole load of automated responses from the customer services/claims department i have now received notification that they will not be following up on my claim as the item was unsufficiently packaged-despite being bubble wrapped and encased in a cardboard box. plus they claim i did not request signature on delivery or extended cover despite my paying extra to cover the item up to £250 and requesting a signature-which my order confirms . i can't believe they can just refuse to pay out when i paid extra for insurance and the lack of response is driving me up the wall!
