Delivery from Apple (Vitality) - Terrible ukmail service

Complaint against UK Mail

I received a notification from UKmail via text that my delivery from Apple was due on Thursday 16th November 2017 from 13:04 to 14:04. I had my husband stay at home for the delivery. At 14:50 I received a message from ukmail informing me the driver had been held up and will on the tracking system, my delivery was next on the list. However my daughter had to be picked from school. My husband left after 15:00 and hour after the scheduled delivery. Right after the left, I received a text from ukmail informing me the driver had attempted to deliver and left a card. I was advised to rearrange my delivery. I rearranged this on their website an received a confirmation that my delivery had been rescheduled for Friday the 17th. On Friday there was no update or notifications throughout the day and despite a note saying my delivery is scheduled for the Friday, there was no way of tracking the delivery.Again my husband stayed at home waiting for the delivery. I tried all the contact numbers supplied and also available online and they were all automated with no way of speaking to someone about my issue. I then tried to read the delivery for collection. I was the notified after rearranging it, that it will be delivered on Monday 20th November despite rearranging for collection at the depot. It is Monday 20th November 20:36pm, I have had no delivery, no way of contacting someone to understand what is going on with my delivery, and all updates as per their automated system is that the delivery is due today. I am at my wits end now. Ellen.
