Complaint against UK Mail
One week on and still no explanation as to where my parcel went. Four emails, three phone calls and nothing. Told the depot was too busy to answer my query. Told my parcel left 'safe in porch and card in door' neither happened as i do not have a porch and there was no card. I was in and i have video on my door and nobody came at the time stated in the email. Disgusting customer care!
