Failure to deliver two parcels together result more than double charges to still not achieve

Complaint against UPS

Two parcels booked for collection from my address for delivery to a single address in London. Collected tgether and taken to Barking depot. Parcels seperated and one parcel delivered. Not accepted as partial delivery. Next day other parcel delivered and again rejected partial delivery. During which time notified agent booked through of problem. First parcel returned to me without reference cost charged to return to me without contact same as total cost for initial delivery. Further cost in addition to re-deliver parcel returned to me. Initail contract cost for single delivery £26 cost now £66 and still not going to be single delivery.

In all fairness to UPS the order for UPS was placed through Parcel Hero so the contract was effectively placed with Parcel Hero. My claim for refund is from Parcel Hero who made the additional charges the cause of the problem was UPS not managing to deliver the consignment and against Terms and Conditions returning part of the consignment.

Parcel Hero has offered to refund the two additional charges outside of the Terms and conditions but not offered any refund or compensation for not achieving the original order. Intend reluctantly to take through the small claims procedure if no refund or compensation offered
