Non-delivery of parcel

Complaint against Parcel2Go

Two parcels were for delivery to addresses in the USA. Both posted on 20th October,2017. One received five weeks later the other never delivered, despite online information that it had been. The missing parcel was for an address in Houston who were flooded backend of September. I kept on checking with recipient and eventually on 6/12/17 contacted Parcels2Go. An operative for Parcels..... made out a claim form and requested a signature. Having heard nothing from Parcels..... I contacted them today and was told my claim of 6/12/17 was made too late and had been rejected. The operative made no mention of the time lapse. Way down in the Terms and Conditions is a clause that you must make a claim within 28 days! Please everyone, DO NOT WAIT PATIENTLY, BUT BE PERSISTENT WITH YOUR CLAIM.
