35 days and no delivery

Complaint against Parcel2Go

I took a parcel in for collection 35 days ago on the 17th November, latest delivery date give was 30th December. I have been repeatedly told different things by the live chat as there is no phone line. They keep telling me it will be 7 to 14 days more, and that it will be there by the end of the week etc then 7-10 working days. Now it is the 22nd December and no tracking or parcel. I ask for compensation or as I insured the parcel want to make a claim and I am ignored. Then I am told that I will be sent an email by 12.30 pm and by 3 pm nothing. I am frustrated and anoyed and have told them that this is considerable inconvenience to my daughter in Costa Rica who needed it for work and who was waiting to leave the country, please can you help? Thank you
