Complaint against Parcel2Go
Having paid for a 48 hour service, they took 9 days to deliver the parcel. It was loaded on to the delivery van 4 times, but no attempt made to deliver it before it was scanned back into warehouse each time. Customer Service was diabolical. I asked for a partial refund to cover the additional fee I paid for the 48 hour service, it was denied as they told me they can take as long as they like. So they charge a fee for a 48 hour service but are not obligated to honour the service. Each time it was on the delivery van, their driver ran out of time. Perhaps they need to employ more drivers or more efficient ones. Even their CEO didn't have the courtesy to reply to any of my 3 emails. This company is an utter disgrace. Obviously if the CEO doesn't care about their customers. It is no wonder their customer service is so poor. My advice is to AVOID using this company.
