Complaint against Parcel2Go

I have been a P2G customer for a number of years, I am an eBay power seller selling furniture, so I send 20+ parcels per week on a quiet week, and 100+ on a good week. The attitude of P2G has slowly got to the point that they can no longer be trusted. After sending a solid steel matte finish table and having a leg bent, I had to have it returned to me. The courier had it for a week after collection, they proceeded to unpack it, took out all of the internal packaging, put it in a new box with no protection, then sent it on...Now it has scratches and marks all over it.. P2G attitude, not our problem, sorry..
