Complaint against Parcel2Go

Online order for Parcel2go to collect parcel in London and deliver to Frome. Parcel was collected, but never delivered. Company contactable only by instant "chat" - contacted on numerous occasions, always told they would "look into" it. Eventually I put in claim for lost item, with documentation. That was 6 weeks ago. I have not received compensation, neither have I been contacted by them.

I had a marine pump, value £300, collected by parcel2go from London. It got "lost" . The only way of contacting parcel2go is by instant chat. I put in a claim (a ridiculously difficult process) for the lost pump, with supporting evidence (as if I was the criminal) sometime later received a mail to say I had not sent the documents (which I had) !!! Parcel2go are only agents - don't use them - deal directly with the courier companies.
