Send parcel to Qatar on 11th February 2017. Spend over 70 quid for fast shipping 5-7 days. Online status showed that after 6 days parcel arrived in Qatar and been going through customs examination. When for over a week status did not changed I've contacted Parcel2Go for update. they ensured me this is standard process and parcel is with the customs. After another week with no updates contacted them again and got same status from the consultant. When i realised that there is something wrong i demanded to get contact to courier providing services. When i got in touch with DHL they confirmed that parcel was received but due to lack of invoices from P2G it was not yet processed. so parcel was laying around for 3 weeks. Online tool definitely was a lie and give false information. same with the consultants. I demanded P2G to take care of it immediately. I was ensured now all the documents are in place and parcel will be processed. Few days later when asked DHL they confirmed that still P2G did not provided all necessary documents. Such ping pong took about a week more and finally after circa 6 weeks parcel arrived. I was not re compensated for the delay and P2G refused to accept the claim of the constant of the parcel even i paid extra for the insurance. Content of the parcel was plush teddy bear for my niece and after being squished in vacuum bag for 6 weeks it lost its shape. P2G rejected claim saying that content arrived in perfect condition which is a lie. TO SUM UP: most unreliable company i ever encountered. Not only delayed my parcel for 6 weeks, they lied about status and took absolutely no responsibility for the services they provide. If you want to lose time, nerves and money for go ahead. Otherwise i suggest stay away from those crooks.
