LOOK FOR MY PARCEL PLEASE

Complaint against Parcel2Go

Parcel Number: JJD0002267423566443 or P2G46786975 Help find this parcel, it is stuck at Waltham cross deport and I wont settle for lost please. it worth £600. I dont mind coming over to identify my package if need be. PLEASSSSSE help. The above package stopped tracking since 20th of December at Waltham cross service centre which is its delivery deport and I have been told they can not find it. I cant just fathoms it. how can a big, very big box leaves the service centre without anyone knowledge and I can see this as negligent on yodel part Parcel2go is not helpful because it was not insured to it full value and yodel are not replying either to my complain. Please if anybody can help as what to do.

Having gone through a very lengthy process to claim for a severely damaged antique doll and checked that it wasn't among forbidden objects to send through the post, my claim of £250.00 was rejected, as it was an antique and didn't fit their claim criteria. This was never made clear at any stage of the process, that the item I was entrusting to them would not be insured. Keep well clear!
