Complaint against Parcel2Go
On the 5th April 2016 i paid Parcel 2go to deliver a small parcel for me . The contents was a iphone 4s which i had sold on ebay.When the customer got fed up of waiting for delivery she cancelled the purchase and was refunded her money. Due to the contents being a phone i paid extra for insurance . My wife and i have spent the last three months , with no success trying to be compensated by parcel 2go for our loss. We have given them all information that thay have asked for with no satisfactory outcome .Thay requested proof of collection,a photo of the item sold, a copy of my ebay sale, and a copy of the refund given by paypall . We have allso complained to Steven Kramer there Sales Director on the 5th June 2016 and had no reply back. All we would like is to be compensated for the loss of the phone, postage and packing, and to be compensated for all the time spent trying to resolve this issue We live in hope that you can help us in this matter Best Regards Tony Gale
