Complaint against Parcel2Go
I sent a parcel to the US guarenteed 3 day delivery via Parcel2Go. The Parcel did not show up. When tracked online it seid it was scanned at a UK distrubution centre and then nothing after that. I attempted to make a claim and was informed via email they were investigating the issue. This continued for 2 weeks. I was thyen informed that the parcel could not be found and that I needed to upload a) proof of sale of the item and b) proof that the parcel never arrived. This I did. I was then informed that my parcel is not eligible for compensation as it is now 'trackable' online. When I attempt to track it it just say for 6 days that it has been scanned in the warehouse. This is just not acceptable. I have had to refund my customer for the cost of the item and postage costs and have lost the item and the cost I paid Parcel2Go for the delivery. There is no contact number for Parcel2Go and the liive chat is just aserious of automated responses. I will never use this company again and woiuld certainly never recommend them to anyone.
