Mishandled claim

Complaint against Parcel2Go

I made claim for a package that has been sent via Parcel2go, service used Parcelforce Euro Priority Drop off. The package was supposed to be delivered on 12th of December, there was no news about the item, no tracking until the 21st, when it was finally delivered in unexpected way. Parcel2Go had claim for lost package and did not even respond to it since 12th of December till now. When I asked when I will get any respond, they told me: "They do not know". When I asked if there is any dead line they said: "No." I was very frustrated. Today I contacted them again, with information that the package was finally delivered 21st of December, and they told me I am not liable for late delivery compensation as this is Christmas time. REALLY? 12th of December is Christmas time? I sent this package 30th of November!!!
