Complaint against Parcel2Go
I sent a parcel via Parcel2go on 13 December - it still has not arrived at its destination in the USA. Despite several attempts to contact the company (only available via live chat or their facebook and twitter) no one has responded. I paid for extra insurance for this parcel and want to claim so that I can resend to my family. It is clear they are trying to avoid me making a claim.
