Ref 155008840501016 Paid premium rate for the safe delivery of this phone, told 2-3 days at time of booking, finally scheduled for 6 days after money paid. Waited in until 1430 on delivery date when I received an email from dpd that it was now scheduled for delivery on the next day, received minutes after a dpd van blasted past my house! No apologies and I can’t stay in for yet another day. Absolute shambles!!!
