I purchased an item from one Mr John Pells of Hinkley,Nottingham. Parcel2go employed Hermes to do collection. Parcel was collected and.......disappeared. This was middle of February. I received an Email from Parcel2go today telling me that they unable to discuss any further with me because I am not the account holder.I pointed out to them that if they checked their crresponce properly they would discover ther I paid the bill and have a long number of emails from them to well astablish the facts. They now want me to get in touch with sender who is I think 92 years old..They appear to think he is the account holder.This gentleman has been extremely helpful providing information for Parcel2go and I don’t really like asking him for mor involvement. If anything they might contact him as they have all his details. Just one more point is that I have records of aNUMBER of tracking. Numbers.
