Parcel2Go Lost Parcel - Refusing to pay, Small Claims Court in Process

Complaint against Parcel2Go

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Parcel delivery and collection The issue that I have experienced was: Sent parcel on 26th which was collected from My place of work, On recorded CCTV with the driver collecting the Large parcel 100cmx50cmx35cm. The Contents Stated Exhaust After over a week passed, the buyer contacted me to say that he still hasn't received the item. P2G have now said that I need to wait another 14 Working Days to confirm it is lost which in the meantime I have no choice but to refund the buyer. They seem to just be trying to delay the process and I always have to keep chasing them. Full Refund of Parcel Value £749 plus the cost of shipping the item Parcel reference number P2G61778017 So far had no offer to resolve this issue, will update if they settle before court hearing or progress after
