Complaint against Parcel2Go

Trying to contact parcels2go it’s impossible and frustrating. I send a parcel on 12/03/2019 £48. (TNT direct) Has been return to me 3 weeks later due to no recipient contact number,send another contact number,guess what ?? Too late the parcel is on his way back to me. Send it again on 23/04/2019 £25 (Parcelforce Worldwide)no collected and the driver said that he try to collect the parcel on 23/04/2019 at about 5pm(big lie) as I spend all day at home waiting for driver. Parcels2go claims that they’ve a chat live (not true) they’re impossible to talk to . My parcel still at home today on 27/04/2019. How is it possible that companies like "Parcel2Go" nowadays can exist? No Customer Service, don't deliver what you paid for, of course there is nobody to complain to and yet they are partner with UPS .... How and Why? There is no 'Live chat' on the website, No any contact number! no any way to communication with the customer team support! How can I contact you to get my enquiry on time? You appear to have removed the "contact us" option. Awful service and awful support.
