Long story short. My parcel got lost and I know this occasionally happens. What makes me very angry is the way they treat this. There is always courier or something else to blame ie the weather, customs was my favourite one as this parcel went to eu country, wrong address, telephone number and it goes on and on. Their magic number is 48. 48 hours until they get back to me, 48 hours until the courier gets back to them, 48 hours until parcel will be delivered. Well now is nearly 300 hours later since their first 48 hours and no parcel or claim form. Was told to wait another 2 days instead!
