[LAPSED] You disposed of my dog grooming tools

Complaint against Parcel2Go

I sent my dog grooming equipment for an annual service/sharpening, which I have done for the past 8 years. They opened my parcel disposed of my scissors and clipper blades, re-sealed the parcel and sent the remaining items. I only knew of this when the company going the annual service said I had things missing from my parcel. Yodel had been the carriers. You cannot speak to anyone just a useless web chat. They keep saying my goods were prohibited but it does not say anywhere on their website that these items were banned. I now have no tools to work with, I am going to take them to court and I have emailed trading standards. Very unhelpful, do not give a damn, useless, blame everyone else. SHOCKING
