Complaint against DPD

I ordered a parcel for next day delivery from a well known online retailer. I usually recieve a 1 hour time slot but today I didn't. Contacted the company and a minute later received a text saying that parcel will be delivered between 06:00 and 22:00. Received a text at 14:42 to say that delivery would have to be rearranged due to nobody being in. I had been in all day! I checked my parcel reference on their website and there was a calling card number and a photo of what was supposed to be my house! They had tried to deliver the parcel at the wrong address?!! Tried to contact them but with no joy, contacted the company where I ordered the items from. They said that DPD wouldn't be able to deliver my parcel today blah blah blah. How the hell can a courier get the address wrong?!
