Complaint against DPD

I recently ordered 3 flight bags from Amazon. As an Amazon prime customer I get next day deliveries which is perfect as we live in a remote area and I work.We also needed the bags immediately. My partner was in all day but no delivery was attempted. We had no idea if the bags had not been delivered, had been returned to the depot or had vanished.I contacted the DPD office and discovered they had been delivered to a farmhouse 2 miles down the road. Not the first time I have to say. Our neighbour wasn't even in and the parcels were just left in her porch. I find it unacceptable that no delivery was even attempted. For a driver to dump 2 large parcels at the wrong address where there was no-one even in is absolutely un-acceptable.I assume this is simply because they cannot be bothered driving further along the road. We have even had the postman delivering parcels for us from that location (not his job and after all DPD get the price of the delivery). I am in Amazon prime so I don't have to collect parcels or travel to shops. I tried to send a complaint through the DPD site and surprise surprise the e-mail bounced back to me. Also the phone number that Amazon list is wrong. Shocking service.
