[LAPSED] Poor Service

Complaint against DPD

Delivery expected. 30 mins late. 3 adults in the home at the time. Delivery driver did not knock, did not leave a note. Tried to go out to vehicle vanished in seconds. Parcel later found over fencing (gate 6ft). Perfume all leaked, glass broken. Boots could not apologise enough. It's not their fault it's some of the lazy drivers DPD have employed. Replacement parcel today I will be waiting and so will my CCTV camera's again.
