[LAPSED] Poor Service

Complaint against DPD

DPD were due to deliver my parcel today between 1006-1106 surprise surprise it didn't arrive! When I went online to track it showed they couldn't find my address. This is the third time this has happened to me with various parcels. I contacted the Crawley Depot to ask why they hadn't contacted me for directions? They replied don't know! I'm still without my parcel and although I've asked them to contact the driver they say he hasnt responded! Poor show yet again DPD I'm really surprised companies continue to use you.
