[LAPSED] Aggressive driver

Complaint against DPD

Driver buzzed twice on our intercom but I didn’t answer - our intercom system was getting torn out and upgraded on the day and so I thought it was the workmen (they have testing the system by buzzing all the doors and hammering away in the stairwell all day) and hadn’t realised my husband had ordered something. Went to the loo but then came out to the sound of the DPD driver going completely ballistic and bashing his fists violently against the security door for absolutely ages! By then I of course realised it wasn’t the workmen but I didn’t want to open the door to the delivery guy as he was being so aggressive and I felt scared of him. I’m so shocked that this happened! But not surprised from what I’ve read about them after this happened. I can’t believe someone would act like that - people have been arrested for less. We’ll not be ordering from anywhere that uses DPD any longer.
