Complaint against DPD

I was supposed to receive a package yesterday (24 May) from Deciem through the service of DPD. At the given delivery timeframe I was not home. Once I came back home there was no note left, however when I tracked my package it was said that it has been delivered to me successfully. Customer Service said she would call the driver and come back to me but she didn’t. Now customer service is out of office until Monday.
