Complaint against DPD
I have sent 3 electronic items from my home abroad to myself in UK. My parcels arrived on Monday each of them with different driver even if they were picked up all together from one address and delivered to one address in UK. I have marked clearly each parcel as specific item which is as follow TV, printer, computer. These are treated everywhere as fragile items. I was unable to be at home on Monday so I rearrange to pick up the parcels from depot. Everything seemed ok until I came home and unpacked my TV... by my surprise the TV was badly damaged, like someone dropped it or thrown it. The screen is pulled out of the frame in one place. Making that kind of damage you must surly use a lot of energy while moving it from one place to another and now... Try to contact any customer service... There is no way each phone number is automated. There is no physical person to even as for advice in situation like this. My parcel was insured so now lets wait and see.
