[LAPSED] Delviery failed twice because they can't read addresses

Complaint against DPD

Ordered something to be sent to a hotel... and first time they said nobody answered the door, so had it rearranged to be sent again... and then they said the parcel was refused. Hotel said their CCTV showed that the delivery guy didn't even buzz the right door. Called up DPD and they said 'the sender should have noted that the address was a hotel', and now the parcel is on its way back to the sender. Do we have to now mention what every place is now in addition to the address (which should have directed them to the right place in the first place)?
