[LAPSED] Didn't receive all of order

Complaint against DPD

Part Received angel canvas on 11/5/2016 with this order was the wine canvas which I did not receive order number 51868 total amount 399.00 on the 5th of November I emailed company advising of this which got reply it was following first shipment have to this day not received and last of many emails due to customer service will not call me directly leaving my number and husbands at least 7 times they said it was sent with first order on November 5th. If you look back at all my emails I hope this can be fixed I redid my kitchen to match this canvas I was real pleased with the angel canvas so that is not the problem please rectify this as soon as possible.
