[LAPSED] DPD did not deliver parcel

Complaint against DPD

I placed an order from a website and DPD was meant to deliver the parcel. After tracking it for a month I now get an update that th parcel was return without delivery. Call canter gives a ridiculous update that the pick up shop was closed and hence th delivery went back. This is without calling or emailing me. This is not acceptable. Parcels get lost like this. In my particular parcel there was an expensive item. I am not happy that I’m this day and age, DPD has not bothered to keep the receipient updated about the parcel being sent back.

Hello Reshma, I am so sorry that you were told that the store is closed as a reason for not delivering your item. It is certainly not an acceptable excuse and should not impact yourself., Please email your parcel number to [email protected] so we can look into this for you (Amy)
