Complaint against DPD

Absolutely abysmal service and found all staff to be incredibly unhelpful. Ordered a parcel 3 weeks ago, well in advance for Christmas. It was delayed due to adverse weather (absolutely fine) so I requested a different day for delivery and made sure I was in all day. Never arrived. Asked for it to be delivered to nearest pick up centre - Since then I have been told it will be delivered today 4 days running. I have filed a complaint and was promised a call back after two days - it's now been 4. Can't get through to anyone on the app chat or on the phone. Never filed a complaint or reviewed a company online but I've found the service so utterly appalling I've felt the need to share my terrible experience. £900 fragile parcel still not delivered and will be in their warehouse / trailer for 5 weeks before I receive it now. Shocking.
