[LAPSED] DPD driver failed to stop

Complaint against DPD

Whilst waiting in for a delivery from DPD, the driver proceeded to reverse into our driveway and collided with the front of our vehicle causing damage and drove off without attempting to stop which was witnessed by a neighbour. Astoundingly, DPD state unless we have CCTV evidence of the incident, they will not take the matter seriously as the driver has denied it. How can a company such as DPD making millions have no ethical manner when dealing with road traffic offences and withholding information to allow an investigation to take place.
