Complaint against DPD

Dear Customer Service Team I am writing to you to raise an issue about:Delivery Services The issue that I have experienced was: I was expecting delivery between 10.30 and 11.30am. I track driver from parcel drop 9 I was 15. It got to drop 14 and I then received an email stating NO-ONE PRESENT LEFT CALLING CARD 29830671 I immediately contacted DPD spoke to Josh. I explained the driver lied. I have CCTV he didn't even come up the Avenue. The avenue is easy to find, just of the main road. Josh contacted the driver who was only 5 minutes away. The driver said he would deliver at the end of his round.I naturally wasn't happy with this and asked Josh to contact a manager at the Depot. He spoke to Stacey at the depot in Oldbury. All she could do was confirm he would deliver at the end of the "area" deliveries It occurred on: November 3rd, 2017 This is totally unacceptable. DPD driver told lies. He said he tried to deliver no one was home. NOT TRUE. Said he left a calling card at 10.36 NOT TRUE. I want a refund for the cost of the parcel £57.85. I want to know if this is DPD driver policy to LIE. I contacted the vendor and spoke to Rob. Rob also called DPD and asked for the driver to immediately deliver the parcel. He too was told the driver would return at the end of his round. I would like a written apology from DPD for the lies the driver told
