Complaint against DPD

Hello, I have contacted Nike with question, where is my delivery. They confirmed parcel has been delivered. Now story starts :( Paid by American express and gave them my proof of signature , UK government issued driving licence. Nike have no proof of my signature at all they have "screenshot" from DPD software where is saying "delivered" Then went to American Express same story , very surprised by their customer service. Document send to me by Nike, no signature at all. Document send it to me as a “proof” is nothing more then parcel traveling from point A to point B with last destination saying delivered. Not Nike or DPD aren't in possession of any kind of handwritten signature, what they have is printed document written and signed by saying TIMMOTHY that is all :( As explained above there is nothing to prove that anyone signed at all. It is only computer confirmation directly from Courier software and have no proof whatsoever that is delivered to me and I have physically signed for it. Hello Tim, I am sorry for the stress this situation has caused. Your point of contact when investigations have been raised is with the sending company. This does not imply they are at fault however it is the process that needs to be followed as you have paid them directly for the service and they are the DPD account holders. [Simon]
