Complaint against DPD

21/03/2018 i received a SMS message from DPD saying a parcel would be delivered to my address the next day. I clicked on the link following 'Not going to be in?' and noticed my address was wrong and i changed it. On 22/03/2018 I received a SMS from DPD at 08:58 saying G***** would deliver my DPD order between 15:25 and 16:25. I waited between 15:25 and 16:25 but G***** did not buzz my intercom. I went to check my letterbox after 16:25 and G***** left a card saying i was not in and the parcel was sent to the DPD depot. It was really helpful indeed!!! i spent the whole day waiting for the parcel and G***** from DPD was not bothered making any effort to deliver my parcel. I ended up clicking on the same link and re-arranged my parcel to be delivered and collected at a store.
