[LAPSED] DPD says I signed for a parcel that I haven't received

Complaint against DPD

I waited in for a delivery from Pets @ Home via DPD.. .after my allotted time slot had been I thought I'd check to see if I could see where my parcel was and it said it had been delivered and signed for by Debbie. No one had knocked at my door...i certainly hadn't signed for my parcel and neither had my neighbours. Have previously had them dump parcels on my doorstep...can only assume this has happened again and that someone has taken it. If they'd bothered to knock the door would be been answered. Very poor service. Called DPD and was told sometimes the driver goes to where the GPS takes them and they deliver it there regardless of what door number it is!!! I suggested they employ better drivers. Now I've had to ring [email protected] for them to log an investigation.
