Complaint against DPD

We are situated in a business complex among 106 separate companies. We (along with most others) have a sign on our entrance saying PLEASE TALE DELIVERIES TO RECEPTION WHERE THEY WILL BE SIGNED FOR. This simple request is beyond the capability of DPD drivers who seem intent on making more work for themselves and wasting their employers time. Not only were parcels for 3 companies here not taken to reception, the driver lied about it. Our receptionists are 1st Class and take deliveries from other companies daily - except DPD who prefer to take parcels back to their deopt, delay deliveries, and then have to come out again the following day. What a waste of their time, DPD time, and some very annoyed clients waiting for deliveries. The local depot was finally contacted, and we were told the driver would be returning as he had 3 deliveries to make here. Guess what - NOTHING HAS ARRIVED ! And - the local depot phone now rings out with no answer continuously since 4pm - aren't they supposed to be open until 7.30 ? The supplier who sent the parcel to me is now cancelling their DPD contract after this and several other issues with DPD - I'm glad to hear it, we will now get reliable deliveries from somebody who deserves the business.
