[LAPSED] dpd website not accepting my email - high st tv 'poor service'.

Complaint against DPD

Re: Purchase of goods through high street tv (internet) - delivery/collection by DPD. i received and refused the item on 2 separate occasions - both reasons were due to 'very poor' packaging! Now, the same day i purchased the item money was taken from my bank account ( 1/3 due to 3 separate payments ). Since my refusing the item i have contacted High St TV twice via telephone & on both occasions i had to leave an answer phone message. Now, I have not received any reply from High st tv & no refund has been made to my Bank account! I tried to contact dpd for proof of collection(s) - but my gmails to them have not been accepted! What actions do i now need to take?

reference No on paperwork i was handed = 2377603 & this was the reference i had received when i purchased the goods through high street tv there was no other reference when the item was delivered! The item name was Wonder 11 core The item was collected on 1st november 2016! Then in week 45 i'd received another delivery of the same item but refused it - no signature by me on either delivery!
