If there was a zero review I would give them that. If you value your parcel,don't use DPD , my parcel seems to have been lost or stolen by someone at DPD. It was only travelling from Dundee to Birmingham.. Ringing their customer services is a complete waste of time especially when you get a message from their mgr/director stating not to be abusive to their staff. Its ok for them to lose your parcel but stay happy. Their is no accountability/liability on their part,there is no Supervisor or manager to speak to or get updates from. An investigation takes 3-5 working days,everything is kept inhouse so you dont actually know if they investigate anything or just sweep it under the carpet. Absolute joke of a company and judging by the reviews on here its the norm with them. I unfortunately had no option as parcel was sent by a third party who use Dpd ,but if you value your parcel,your time then maybe have a serious think about who you use,if anything goes wrong don't expect any sympathy or resolution. Maybe DPD should consider getting a complaints department,im sure it will be kept busy enough. These guys are basically a disgrace.
