Complaint against DPD

After being texted to say delivery today between 2.35 and 3.35,I took the afternoon off and cancelled an appointment.I waited and checked website at about 2.15pm only to find that I was 5 drops away but it would take 2.5 hours before delivery!! I then got a text to say 'as I wasn't in my parcel will be delivered tomorrow' !!! There was a pic of a house and informed a card had been left..The house was not mine or any in this area and no card left.Phoned and told driver can't be contacted but will try and get hold of her.After hearing nothing I phoned an hour and half later only to be told the driver had left card and parcel at no.14.I went to check but no parcel or courier had been there!!! Have got to ring tomortow morning....NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

15504120140054 number What happens to all these damaged parcels?? I am going to report this to the ombudsman.Lies and deceit from customer services and driver's.A very bad experience from start to finish
