[RESPONDED] Expensive packs lost by DPD service

Complaint against DPD

DPD collected my parcel 10:10, 24th, Oct, I sealed this parcel but when the receiver (First Class, SE18 5PQ) received it, the box was repacked and 2 small packs in the box missed. So I call dpd imdiately to tell the situation at 16:36, 25th Oct. The staff asked me details I thought she record everything and would find the missing items for me. But the day next I called them twice, then transfer my line again and again and said I called wrong department, I tried to call customer service 08450702477, again, they asked me to call another number. I called again this morning, 27th, Rachel answered my phone and said there is no history of my case at all! I'm really mad, those 2 packs are more than£1,000 and they don't care at all. They treat me like ball and kick me to different deparments. In this case, should I call police?
