Complaint against DPD

I arranged for DPD to deliver urgent medical supplies 'next working day between 8:30 - 10:30 am' costing me £10 At 11:45 I contacted them and was told that they didn't have my package, even though on their system it stated in transit. Got a message at 7pm from the app saying it was now on way to depot but when I asked for Saturday delivery, I was told it wasn't possible as it wasn't due to arrive at my depot until after the bank holiday I am due to fly to Spain on Sunday evening and now looks like I will have to cancel as dpd can't keep there agreements
