[LAPSED] False attempted delivery information

Complaint against DPD

A DPD courier updated the tracking status of a parcel which I was expecting to attempted delivery and card left! Neither are true, considering that I was in the front room all day along with another 2 people, why did the courier lie! What poor customer experience DPD offer to their customers, the driver should be investigated properly with none of this pat on the back stuff, DPD do you know what your delivery sucess rate is.....my guess is poor as a delivery service provider. Coach and re-train your drivers, if they have too nany drops to do dont falsify delivery status information.
